We perform comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages. Eye exams help us better understand every patient’s vision and ocular health. Once we have the results of your eye examination, we can customize your treatment plan and connect you with the right eyewear and eye care products.

Contact Lens Fittings

A thorough contact lens fitting will make sure you’re a good candidate for contact lenses. Once we’ve established your needs and prescription, we’ll instruct you on how to apply and maintain your contact lenses. We offer the following types of contact lenses:

Eyeglasses, Frame Consulting, & Fittings

With an array of eyeglasses and styles to choose from, finding the perfect set of frames is easy. With our personalized frame consulting, we can help patients of all ages find the right frames to complement their facial features and lifestyles.

Eye Disease Treatment

Using state-of-the-art technology, we can accurately and quickly detect various eye diseases and problems, and optimize your treatment plan going forward. We can diagnose and treat the following:

We’ve recently introduced Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) equipment. This equipment allows us to take detailed photos of the retina, measure its thickness, and monitor for retinal diseases.

Post Operative Surgery Care

If you’re planning to undergo cataracts surgery, we can assist with your postoperative care. We can monitor your progress, check for side effects, minimize the risk of infection, and assist you through the healing process. Your eyes will take time to adjust following the procedure. We will continue to monitor your healing a few weeks and up to a month after your surgery.

Emergency Eye Care

We perform emergency eye examinations and foreign object removal. If you’ve recently suffered an eye-related injury or are currently experiencing vision loss or impairments, call us at 317-462-3326!

At Elsbury Optometry, we are all about family. In 1986, Dr. Michael Elsbury opened his practice to provide the best eye care services in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Over the years, our staff has gone above and beyond for the patients each and every day. In 2015, Dr. Duane Elsbury followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the practice.
